SmartMonitor
SmartMonitor aims to improve pollution monitoring in the Slovene Riviera through innovative real-time technologies and advanced environmental analyses. By combining IoT sensors, water quality monitoring and DNA/RNA analysis, the project will support the early detection of pollution events, strengthen environmental management and provide a scalable model for protecting coastal ecosystems.

RISE-DAN
RISE-DAN aims to restore Lake Danceni through an integrated water management approach based on environmental indicators, systematic monitoring and low-impact interventions. The project will improve water quality, reduce pollution and eutrophication risks, and establish a scalable, cost-effective model for sustainable lake management that can be replicated in similar small reservoirs.

NutriTwin
NutriTwin develops an integrated digital twin to improve nutrient management across the Eilat-Eilot agro-hydro-marine system. By combining monitoring, scientific and regulatory data into an interactive platform, the project will identify pollution hotspots, support evidence-based decision-making and test future policy scenarios, creating a scalable model for sustainable nutrient governance in coastal regions.

INTEGRI-WATER
INTEGRI-WATER aims to improve water management in the Vrbas River Basin by integrating environmental, agricultural and hydrological data into a comprehensive indicator framework. The project will identify pollution hotspots, strengthen evidence-based decision-making and support sustainable water–soil management, providing a scalable approach that can be replicated in other regions.

AGRO2SEA
AGRO2SEA aims to reduce nutrient pollution from agriculture by improving water quality monitoring across the Nile Delta. By integrating environmental data, mapping pollution pathways and identifying hotspots, the project will support evidence-based decision-making, strengthen coordination among authorities and provide a scalable framework for sustainable water management in Mediterranean coastal regions.
