Path4Med Modelling Workshop: building bridges across models, projects and expertise
22 April 2026
On 2 October, the PATH4MED project was presented in Rome by its Italian partner, Exeo Lab Srl, during the Euro-Mediterranean Water Forum 2026, an international event dedicated to addressing key challenges related to the sustainable management of water resources and environmental protection across the Mediterranean region.
During the event, Exeo Lab presented PATH4MED’s objectives, activities and overall approach, highlighting the work carried out by the project partnership to tackle water and soil pollution in the Mediterranean.
The Forum provided an important opportunity to exchange views with experts, institutions and stakeholders working in natural resource management and ecosystem protection. Issues such as water security, pollution prevention and ecosystem preservation were at the heart of the discussions and are also among the key areas addressed by PATH4MED.
The presentation offered an opportunity to share PATH4MED’s work and objectives with the international community committed to sustainable water management and environmental protection, encouraging knowledge exchange and dialogue on potential solutions to the challenges affecting the Mediterranean region.
Cooperation and knowledge sharing remain essential to turning research and innovation into concrete action, helping build a more sustainable and resilient Mediterranean.
